Only Joe Walsh can kill playing slide on Amazing Grace. fantastic!!!! he is absolutely right when he said he has the very lightest touch. because that guitar was set at normal action. and usually a person has to raise the action a lot to play slide. and it was so AWESOME that he thanked Gibson. and the main man Les Paul. the man that did more in the world of the guitar than anyone else no doubt. Joe Walsh and Les Paul have something in common. they are legends among legends. R.I.P. Les Paul thank you so much Joe Walsh.

Holy shit what an awesome video, the hair on my arms stood up when Joe started singing, I am a guitar player and every time I hear Joe break out an iconic solo or just give us some wisdom, it is a special thing, his sweet touch and his passion shines through to us all and he is not stingy to give it to us, I love you Joe and I thank you for doing what you do and of course, for what you did, every note you play means a lot to me.

Ah, what a great seminar. Just come back to Joe in my guitar wanderings w a new appreciation and respect for the music they made then, and are capable of probably making now if they ever applied themselves as such again. And of course I'm talking about the James Gang and Eagles, as well as some of Joes other works solo. It was nice to have Joe do it as he's a seemingly real personable guy. I grew up kind of close by where Joe is from,,I think Joe is from around Kent state area in N.E. Ohio originally,,Kent, Ravena,,Akron, I don't know exactly, I'm about 40 min. East, Youngstown, but , so he's like a guitar brother ya know. Knowledgeable guy, and no, I never had anyone show me how to set up a guitar, that was with great detail, I think I paid more attention because Joe presented it of course. Great player he is, was relearning hotel California , ah those solos and fills just 'taste so good' ya know, nice feel, flow, great song to play. Hope Joe plays Ohio one more time closeby, hopefully
