Hey guys! This video is for all of you who are wondering about printing solutions for your digital artwork. Today, I am reviewing some test prints from GicleeToday.com - I show 4 different print surfaces and how my paintings look on the different papers. You can check social media to see the jpgs and see how they compare to this video. I also compare my prints to the products from inprnt.com. finally, someone did a print comparison. with the painterly look, i am surprised you did not print on canvas. i have 4 of my artrage paintings on box stretched canvas which i went over with a brush and semigloss medium. i used brushstroke for painted brush stroke. it came out so well. if you have not tried it, please do. looks like a real oil painting.

people are amazed when they see my prints for the first time they think they are real oil paintings and then I tell them I did it on my iPad.

Daniel Ibanez I just went through all of my KZfaq videos and I have never done a video on this idea. I think I’m going to do a video using ArtRage on my surface PC and print to canvas and then cover it with semi gloss and it would be cool if we both did the same image like a collaboration.

Thanks for this vid! how would you rate the colors for the samples? did they come out as you created them? or were they off?

The color reproduction was fantastic! The only dilemma I had was choosing the surface of the different papers. But in all of them, the colors were great!

How did you get test samples of your work?

I just ordered full price prints using smaller sizes. I just call it samples because I use different papers for each print just to see what kind of work they do. I think they do a great job
