I think that Loxapine should have been included as one of the pines. It is a structural analogue of Clozapine, and has a similar 5HT2A/D2 binding affinity ratio as Olanzapine.

Thank you for the comment Alessandro, you are correct, that especially at lower doses, loxapine acts more like a second generation antipsychotic. That being said, most still classify it as a first generation.

The fluvoxamine that you are taking is a good option. Other SSRIs are often used and clomipramine is often used.
