Burnout- Opposite of the honeymoon phase 5. Habitual Burnout- When you get stuck in this loop. Symptoms of Burnout: 1. Lack of Motivation 2. Frustration and exhaustion 3. Procrastination 4. Lack of Creativity 5. Neglecting Self Care Solutions: 1. Spend time with your friends 2. Follow your hobby 3. Don't run behind perfectionism - The Art of saying "NO" 4. I think this generally happen when you scroll lots of reels and watch some porn then this great amount of dopamine makes us less attentive and less energetic for any other less dopamine work

Mere 10th board exam chal rahe hai mai itna burned out ho chuka hu ki bilkul padne ka man nahi krta 1 month pehele tak meri padai bhohot achi chal rahi ha pr mere 2 paper ho chuke hai mujhe bilkul padne ka man nahi karta 2 din baad mera science ka exam ha maine kuch nahi padha bilkul motivation nahi hai or mere dosto ko dekhta hu to vo 12 hour padai kr rahe ha mai pareshan ho chuka hu

Sir I have a question I like to watch anime .I don't like to watch any other movies of bollywood or Hollywood ,I like to only watch anime and I watch those movies only when I like the concept behind the movie... so can I consider it as my hobby? l would like share my experience about burnout. I am a working professional and also I am pursuing my education from a good college. Few days back, I went on a vacation trip with my family and we travelled to the places by walking to every good places. I was surprised that, I wasn't feeling tired or anything even though my leg muscles were paining but still I have a strong desire to travel to the places and we did as well. Also, we travelled to those beautiful places that we never expected and that was a great trip. Fast forward to today, as I joined back to my work and after resuming to my same job, now that even I travel to a small distance, I felt so tired that I slept for continuously around 6-7 hours. I believe that within few months or days, I will do the job that I love and what I always wanted to do. Thanks for creating this video. Please make a series of these type of content related to burnout and time management. Take care brother.

Jeevan ek ludo game ki tarh hain.. khelte khelte burhapa aaa jata hain.... Khushnasib hain wo insan jiseke samay samay pe hi aate hain(like after 3/4 failures ).... warna jeevan kab Annand karna bhula dega ghank bhi na lagega.... itni jaldi chalti hai ye jeevan.... Dhire dhire sab pata lagne laga hain ki multiple failures milne ke bad log poet qu banjate hain 😅

मैं 2सालो से CGL की तयारी कर रहा हु मेरा भी कुछ ऐसा ही हाल हो चुका है किसी चीज में मन नहीं लगता न अब हम अपने प्यारे गेम pubg में भी मन नहीं लगता न कुछ करने का मन करता है न अपने दोस्तो के साथ घूमने का वैसे भी मेरा सभी दोस्त काम करने कही न कही जा चुका है 😢 यार मैं बहुत परेशान हु इतना दिमाग में टेंशन चलता है अपने future के बारे में की क्या बताऊं घर का हाल तो और ज्यादा खराब है financial के कारण की डॉक्टर को भी नही दिखा सकता हु यार कितना खुश रहा करता था जब मैं 10th में था लगता है जिंदगी नर्क सी बन गई है जब से ग्रेजुकेशन कर रहा हु 😢 कोई sujection हो तो प्लीज मुझे बताओ 😔😔

THANKS for the video my situation- i am a jee aspirant (dropper) and its been 1 month since my online classes has started ... before that i thought i would be living good nd stresfull life ..As my classes timings are 8.45 to 3.15 , i thought i can give my one hour of my day for workout and 6 hr for self study ..at starting i was able to cope up but after 2 weeks idk what happend I cant even wake up early and started feeling sleepy during classes ..i cant even sleep at night .. my eyes feels pain but my brain doesnt allow me to sleep ..for 1-2 hrs i used to lay down trying to sleep..but i cant sleep till 2 or 3 am then i wake up at 7 am take my classes from 8.15 (timing changed) till 3.30.. i feel so exhusted in classes as my focus was also decreased and i am not able to understnd the things taught in the class .. after class i cant even sleep becz if i do i cant sleep(as mentioned above)so uses phone till 7 or go tyo roof .. my parents orederd me to go out for a walk but i denies as i feel so exhausted ...idk what was happening to me ...then today i felt that i have become so rude toward my parents as they always keep telling me go outside or u will get mad ....also i dont reply to their ques ...and till 6 pm i dont even speak a word with them or anyone else.. i m alone in my house my siblings are studying outside ..also i only have online frnds to whom i speak ... like i have 2 frnds to whom i talk ..out of these two i go and meets one of them in 10 days ( to eat smth)and other one(girl) i never met ones in my life but we know each other for 2 yrs .. now i know what to do ..i will livw my life to fullest and will not think about studying all day ..., thanks man you helped a kid ... also i have a cricket tournament from tomorrow which i denied but i will play that and will call sir after that ( i was a cricket, played with state player, )... hope we wins .. playing tomorrow after more than a yr

YOU ARE RIGHT. EVEN IN THE MOVIE ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS THE CHIPMUNKS WERE TIRED OF SO MUCH SINGING,CONCERT AND INTERSTATE TOURING. THEY WERE ALMOST BURN OUT. THE DOCTOR ALSO SAID THEIR MANAGER IAN THAT THEY NEED A (LONG REST).

2 saal se burnout hu bhai Neet aspirant hu , ye sab to daily ka ho gaya h Drop lene se phle tak exam ke baad relax or chill kar rahi thi but jisse hi classes start hue , mai puri weak lazy or sleepy feel karne lagi hu, jis wajhe se kuch dino me hi backlogs vi ho gaya

Mujhe sach mein burnout nhi ho rha tha...lekin is video ko dekhne ke baad mental stability pr aisa asar pda h jaise maine live murder hote dekh liya ho. Video kaafi informative thi but psychologicaly main disturb ho gya ise dekh kr
