The book "the southern kikuyu before 1903,by Richard leakey says that the kikuyu originally had a matrilineal society....what are your thoughts on this?

@@samuelkihu5180 The kikuyu originally had a matrilineal society in which descent,identity and inheritance was derived not from the father's line,but from the mother's.The stongest evidence is the fact that clans are named after the daughter's of Gikuyu and Mumbi

We came from 🇮🇱 (hebrews) to the other side of Africa, all the way to South Africa, Nigeria, etc. We scattered around Africa. Kikuyus settled in Mt kenya , the rest kept moving, like zulus to the south, igbos in the west, etc. These people were in Egypt as slaves until they were rescued by God. Their God was different and these peopl3 stood out. Kikuyus r not kemitic/Egyptian. You have to understand that and be careful relating to gods of Egypt. That was a different black empire. Also dig deeper than yt anthropology coz they'll throw u off. You can't rely on them for information.

Read cheikh anta diops book titled the African origin of civilization do the whole book or check chapter 4 you will understand the Nile valley high culture. Where is Hebrew? How do we come to our motherland from elsewhere? We are black…. Read about the great Bantu/Apiru/Hebrew migration from the Great Lakes region to kemet

@gikuyuacademy5758 Yes, that's part of it. And by the way, kemet belongs to nilotes. Why kikuyus want to insert themselves there is unreal. Black hebrews were there as slaves, yes we were in Kemet, but that'd not the origin of these people. In any case, Christianity has messed people so much that they don't even care to know the truth because they hate the Bible. The Bible was edited and has major misrepresentations, but the fact is Niger Congo Line Languages r the only hebrews to ever exist. These peoples identities were stolen. Most people have done good research but that research starts in Africa. Modern day middle east has mixed people. Black skin people have inhabited the now so called Middle East for a long time and thst history is not known by most. Our education system and religion are to blame for a lot of misinformation. For instance kikuyus r said to have come from Cameroon. That doesn't even make sense. That's yt anthropology to confuse kikuyus and bantus in general. Kikuyus escaped and settled in the mountain with their covenant from Israel, where they lived.
