Hearing McCant’s whole outlook on leadership, give more insight as to why he was in the NBA for only 5 Years (incl. 1 Year in the D-League). He’s older and still feels this way, which means when he was younger, Nobody could tell him NOTHING, unless they were a better player than him.

A leader is someone that provides direction, purpose, and motivation. A leader is not always the most talented but is willing to do every task that is asked of others to do. A leader knows how to make everyone around them better for each other by helping others use and improve their talents without diminishing others. I did not play in the NBA but I served in the Army for 23 years. I have seen leadership my entire career it is what we learned to do. Gil's answer is the closest example.

The weakest thing a man can say is men don't cry f*** somebody going to hit me in my mouth for crying. I lost my little brother. I cried like a baby. Like I said, with somebody going to hit me in my mouth, the most dudes ain't built like that. That's why they don't want to show a sign of weakness. I can because ain't nobody going to do s***

Miko need to steal some of her mom's roaches again and chill out. Too much aggression. Saying her husband would take care of McCants after Gil suggest him as her opponent was uncalled for And anyone pointing the finger at McCants, go back and listen to the player you'd box question. McCants didn't have anything to do with that and still her aggression was on point, followed that with her stating the she wanted a boxing match with a ESPN reporter then calling her out on social media because of her aggression. Not sure why shes so confrontational with him(or anyone really)but one thing he wasn't wrong about was how she doesn't stop. I noticed that while back. No offense to any females but if these podcast don't want to be ESPN, maybe having females speak on male sports isn't the best way to approach it. That'd the main reason ESPN lost my viewership. Malika has been know to act the same way at times with men who played the sport of topic. Just my opinion, which don't mean shit.

That’s why his career was so short. He to emotionally and can’t admit he doesn’t know it all. He’s always in self pity, “the worlds against me” attitude. You can tell by this podcast and the one talking about Bol Bol that he can’t take any type of accountability. On top of the fact that his tales are just trash, and he does let make good point he just cries and says “your not listening”
