The issue with tryin to bring players from back then to today is the game has evolved drastically the skill level is too advanced..it’s a different sport now, u can’t plug these guys in immediately & they make an impact..u could only do that with a select few & even then they would need to adjust..the rest would need months in the gym to actually recondition their bodies & adapt to the skill gap by restructuring there games to mesh with the modern era, whether people want to admit it or not

Lol what are you talking about, zone defense today is not evena zone defense its watered down since there is a defensive 3 secs, its harder to play one on one back in the day since there is handcheck foul and the flagrant foul is rarely called because you need to cripple a player before its called a technical, you can clothesline a player and thats a regular foul which lessen the players game to drive the basket. Dude meant you can’t play a zone, or shade between players you had to hard commit on someone. That is a huge part of todays game, guys like Giannis Roam around today and wreak havoc defensively by almost being in all places at once. Most teams now have at least one guy on they’re roster that does that.

The ability to make them is what sets them apart. I've played with 3 ex nba players.. Janeiro pargo ray Felton and donte green.. I've personally seen them in gyms hit 3 after 3 after 3 dribble flawlessly with both hands ect ect.. I think girls saying the guys drafted in the 3rd round n the 80s couldn't do that
