Most notable from the training was that post work. Very nice. Thats a lost art for guards in todays game. That spin where you protect the ball also stuck out. 5 level scorer. Never heard that before. Thanks for posting the workouts! Gils kid footwork already elite because of the training.

👏👏👏👏 Make sure to include all that KneesOverToes stuff as well. Walking backwards with a sled. There was no knowledge about these things in the 90s. I like that landing on one foot, followed by fast feet. Thats two seoarate exercises for me. But i've learnt something. 👀🙏🏽👍🏿 Thanks.
