Thanks for all the reviews of so many SUPS. Is it possible to talk about customer service if problems occur, per manufacturer. Individual company's reputation. I am thinking of getting the Gili Meno 11'6" or the Blackfin XL,any thoughts?

It is a hard thing to "test" for sure, however we do take into account customer service reputation and accessibility with all of the boards we recommend. If you do ever have issues contacting customer service please let us know and we can help reach out as well.
