This is an extended version of the theme of the movie « Crocodile Dundee » (1986) by Peter Best. I have improved the sound to make it more clear and sound better with my tiny and limited sound editing skills.

Thank you for remastering and extending this! Peter Best is such an underrated composer, and it seems like no one remembers how great the Crocodile Dundee theme was.

This is a good extended version. I can play this on repeat for hours. Few song can bring out a (positive) strong emotion for me. This is one of them. I just happened to pull out the movie and watch it today. I had not watched it in years.

I LOVE THIS MUSIC!!! I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!! ALL OF THE MOVIES!!!! Please listen to these soundtracks over and over and over again!!! Imagine the swamp getting drained, the bad guys getting arrested... this is just so beautiful. Such beautiful, passionate music, which represents the situation today. Isn’t this exciting???!!!

Love the scene in the first film where Linda has the encounter with the Crocodile and Dundee intervenes. She tells Mick that the Croc would have eaten her alive and Mick smiles at her and say's "The thought had occurred to me once or twice" Might even be the best line in the whole film. The Chemistry between them was palpable.

ich blieb damals den kompletten Abspann im Kino sitzen um herauszufinden von wem diese Klasse Musik ist. hatte daraufhin auch dann schnell die LP...diese musik hatte mich direkt im Griff ^^ Toller Film, Klasse Musik!

Crocodile Dundee 1 & 2 brilliant movies, one main reason I enjoyed it, is the soundtrack. Platoon would be a good edition, awesome piece of music.

it was one on the filmed where the sound track, a star as much as the actors in the film, it was the first thing that hit you, in the simple drum sound and the it build up, and up, and up, and not remember to thing was the only sound track in the film,

2 is more action and suspense. 1 is more of a charming love story. To each their own. I honestly think 2 is one of the better sequels ever produced.

@@tedgledhill9893 100% If I was going to do a personal edit of Crocodile Dundee, it would be the first half of the first film (until Mick leaves Australia) and the last half of the second film (when Mick and Sue are back in Australia) Or, even edit the scenes with Bob from 2, into her phonecalls with Richard in 1, to have collecting the package as her reason for returning to America, only to be almost immediately kidnapped by Rico, requiring Mick to contact Leroy and Rat, and the remainder of 2 with the return to Australia... It probably wouldn't be a smooth edit, but, I think it could work 🙏🙏🙏🙏
