Most of the partygoers were teenagers? Sure are a lot of liquor bottles visible for it to have been a party for primarily teenagers. And at a councilwoman's home. Who provided the liquor or other alcoholic beverages? Was there underage drinking taking place? Who were the adults present and where were they? Seems like those would be some questions a reporter would want answered. Who is the responsible person supervising a bunch of teenagers at a drinking party?
