Hey, that Leo FTK can play around droll. With the correct hand, you can avoid searching with the field spell. So, you don't need to use Dark Strings and the only necessary search is Fantasix's effect.

I’ve been told that including the Horus engine into this would be the best way to play the deck in case the ftk fails. Not too sure if it’s optional but if so, do you know any good lists that include the Horus engine into the deck?

11:17 The rank up magic can only add itself from grave to hand once per turn. for that to work you would have needed to hard draw a second copy of the rank up magic for the combo to be successful.

Thanks bro! There is a variation where you play scissor arms, but if youre going for the FTK then you really dont need it because the results the same

I mean if you don't open handtraps, your opponent going first wins most of the time. This just make boardbreaker even less viable, not that anyone was playing boardbreakers in the first place.

Yes extremely risky going second. It might be optimal to play the Tenpai package in side deck just to OTK going second. A lot of OCG decks have been playing Tenpai in their side decks, and I think this is the type of deck that can use it

@@jkromes20it doesn't make hand traps useless. D.d drow, shifter, ghost bell and several other hand traps still do good. Also droll hurts because even if they have mansion, they won't be able to search any rank up spells to be able to ftk. Also don't forget about imperm. Or funnily enough ghost chills. Or ash on the field spell

Honestly a decent boss would push this to tier 3 or 2 at least. The big problem right now is that the FTK is the only thing you can do. If you had other options like ending on a good boss this would be crazy

You wouldn't fear any hand trap monsters if you have the field spell, since hand trap monsters have to negate an effect or tribute, which in turn is considered "effecting" that monster. The field spell keeps all monster effects besides xyz effects from going after your Gimmick Puppet monsters.

I think the FTK is easy and consistent enough to make it a Tier 3 Deck. The problem if your FTK doesnt work, you 99% lose. If the Deck becomes popular, everyone will play cards that counter it. I do think it has the potential to get a few surprise tops here and there though

is an alternative, but would not do it by itself, because it does not turn level 8, and if you spent your little soltiers's effect you will need other extender
