LLLolzor43 I don't know, man. Lol. I mean, I love parkour, I've been doing it since I was 13 w/o even knowing all the climbing, vaulting, etc had a name for it, I didn't use gloves or chalk. But now that I think about it, chalk or gloves would actually be better. I haven't done any parkour in ages, though. Ronnie has inspired me to get back into it but finding the time for it is a bitch.

His hands are getting tougher... When they rip they get stronger so they don't rip anymore.. Must not be training outdoors if they ripped

I started to wear gloves when my friend almost sliced his figer while jumping from obstacle to obstacle, but my other friends told my that parkour is more dangerous when you wearing gloves, what should I do now ?

It's better to let your hands rip and stuff it's not that big of a deal if you where gloves theres a chance of you slipping on a ledge or bar if you gloves get wet the there even more slippery so it's better to just use hands and take the pain

i also got something with me knee but its not a injurie. its called slather knee and its when you go to hard compared to what your body can do and because of that it tells you to take a break by giving you an extra little kneed below your knee and now ive waited for about a half year and in about 4 months i will probably be able to do parkour again :D however right now i can only do flips......BUT FLIPS ARE AMAZING YOU KNOW!!!! Is it better to leave calluses or rip them off? I was walking outside barefoot for a while and got calluses on all of my toes, I didn't rip them or anything but now I'm wondering what's best to make my feet tougher
@MichaelMegaChannel12
@MichaelMegaChannel12 10 жыл бұрын
Probably cutting them off or removing them gently another way without damaging the "good skin" is the best option. Riping not, because it makes the wound worse. Leaving them also is not good, because they can rip off during training in an uncontrollable way and make the situation worse. And if you cut it, then the skin is going to be harder ;)
