This tutorial will guide you in creating a movie poster design inspired by Canyon Design Group and the Kitchen Movie poster. Learn how to incorporate the duotone effect to enhance its visual appeal.
Note 1: To create a selection for the first image, it is recommended to use an advanced selection technique tutorial in GIMP. You can watch the following tutorials for guidance:

Alternatively, you can use an online background remover tool.
Note 2: Please note that the Layer Mode "Exclusion" may not work well with certain colors. As an alternative, you can try changing the layer mode to "LCh Color" or "Multiply."

I like the colour scheme you used in this with the mode, I use the mode a lot for mock-up's. Nice bit of Sunday night viewing in the jungle and thanks for sharing it.

Can't see what fonts were used. Would love to be able to make this poster but you tear along so fast and that constant distracting music makes it hard to concentrate on what you are doing. Would have loved narrated instructions and without the music.We don't need the music,it just detracts from rather than helps the tutiion! You are extremely talented and I love your projects but I cannot learn when you move so fast without narration.
