I adore Gina so much, Jane The Virgin will always be my top comfort show. I’ll never stop being grateful to Gina for the phenomenal Latina/Puerto Rican representation she has brought to modern day tv. She has been such an inspiration to me throughout the years.

I love the Jane the virgin. That show saved my life, I finished it not to long ago but it gave me so much emotions and I would yell at my tv saying “Jane just date him!!” lol but that show made me become a writer.. I’m writing 2 books and that show just changed my whole life in a good way. Thank you Gina for making me smile and everyone else❤️

So I recently started a rewatch of Jane the Virgin. There's an ep in season 5 where Mateo has to be a signing tree. Eventually it leads to a musical montage with everyone where they're signing "love love love, you need love love love." I started bawling my eyes out. I forgot how I felt at that period of time, with the world the way it was, with how dark it felt as an immigrant watching the things happening to other immigrants. Jane the Virgin was a bubble of light and love that helped me more than I realized. Always a soft spot for this show.

I wish I could watch Jane The Virgin Season 1 for the first time again. It was so so good. I did not enjoy Seasons 3 - 5 tbh but it still had a strong and talented cast. Jane, Petra, Xiomara and Rogelio were the besttt amazing actors

Jane the virgin is everythiiing, funny, dramatic, heartfelt UGH. Srsly underrated. Gina’s performance as jane was phenomenal. And the fact that it does representation for latinos is just the cherry on top😍😍
