Afang soup is a delight if you like rich, leafy Nigerian soup. It's very easy to prepare and the only difficult thing is prepping the OKAZI or AFANG leaves. In this video, i show you how to use a Food Processor to prep the Afang leaves and also give you the real feel of Pounded Yam.

@@houston10 when cooking Afang soup, the Afang leaf is always the last ingredient, Afang has its own flavor and should be washed before cutting and blending won’t give you the desired textures . If you want to learn a native food, it’s really advisable you learn from the natives themselves
