That's "Ginga Sakuretsu!", from Seijuu Sentai Gingaman, used in the roll call for the 25 Red Warriors in the "Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger vs Super Sentai" movie, when the 24 Red Rangers from the past appear to the Gaorangers.

Does anybody notice that Red Falcon (Liveman) is basically the midpoint of this? Timeranger is the 24th Sentai. Half of 24 is 12. Liveman is the 12th Sentai. Even if you add Gaoranger to the mix, half of 25 is 12.5
