The Ginga is the most common foundational (and perhaps strangest) movement in Capoeira. In Capoeira it is your calling card, your fallback, and primary generator of momentum. If you want to learn Capoeira you must learn to Ginga, Ginga a lot in practice, and Ginga well when you play.

Not offence intended by I rather learn from my own and this channel gives me that piece of mind, also don't for the hip dip and dab 😂 {venting}(before it was taking named and pushed from by posers and "normalize") Ginga for all don't let the flapping heads stop you, you I consider it a side of respect to those before us if that matters at all to anyone who toke my venting personal
