You didn't show your usual excellent views of while it is cooking. I would have liked to see the stew part separate and the noodles separate before it was combined because not doing that completely eliminated the sauce and left it as just a colored coating on the noodles. I will eat it that way if I get it and make the shrimp stew separate and then dip the noodles into it or mix it partly as I go to get the real flavor of the sauce. But now that I know the flavor is just so-so...I don't know if I will....

It looks pretty good. Shame the ginger is weak. Id eat it with soy sauce
