100g room temperature butter,
100g of sugar,
1 vanilla sugar,
1 egg,
4 teaspoons of honey,
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder,
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon or ready-made spice mix for gingerbread,
300g of flour,
1 baking powder.
Royal Icing:
1 egg white,
200g of powdered sugar,
1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
