The tins that no one wanted are about to be the tins everyone wants! That includes me. The person who designed the farm animals on the decoupage paper has a heart like mine. Love them all.

Wow Yvonne, I just love all you did and how you did them. So interesting. I wasn't scared of the burning, because my Sister did a lot of decoupaging in the 70's. Yours are absolutely beautiful!!

The colors were a breath of fresh air!!! We used to decoupage back in the 70s and 80s and burn the edges! We've come full circle again!!

Oh geeeee!!!! Going to use the burning technique on a brown paper bag that has a neato logo on it, to decoupage it to an old guitar for my hubs!! Yvonne, the old tins are gorgeous!! Then you bring in the basket and magic happens ❤❤❤ I wonder if a ziplock with fine sand in it would work to hold the drop cloth to the basket while it’s drying? 🤔 hmm maybe 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ And maybe hold that yummy tissue paper to a basket too? Oh just so many ideas💡💫💡!!!! You are very inspiring to me!! Thank you 🙏🏽 ❤❤😘🥰

i try to watch everything you put on youtube. i don't know how to watch you on any other method, bc i don't know how! you are the most talented young lady I know of. i am so happy that you are on You Tube. you have talent running out your Booty! i really enjoy you. one video I saw recently, you had some boards with the ends curved round instead of square and you said you didn't know why. when my father was alive he would trap wild animals for the skin and he would make his boards round exactly like the ones you had. i sure wish i lived near to you and could see your haul, bc, i'd purchase the boards and many other things. i do believe the boards you had were for stretching animal skins on to tan them. i am 72yr old. i really enjoy everything you do. you are blessed by our God.

Yvonne, you always inspire me. I love all of your projects in this video. Well I always love all you do but I love old tins and baskets etc. The basket looked gorgeous with the paper decoupaged onto the drop cloth. I always love the animal and bird decoupage paper. I have quite a lot of rice paper but unfortunately it’s in storage with all of my craft stuff at the moment. I’ve begun doing a new collection and I’ll be using some of it soon. I can’t wait to get all my craft stuff brought down to me. I don’t care about anything else that is stored, only my craft things lol. Way back when I first started watching you I asked you if you had tried Fusion and you replied that you had not. We are not able to buy Waverley here in Nova Scotia but I have a Fusion retailer just 5 mins down the road. I love it and it’s all I use. I’m so glad you like it too. French Eggshell is one of my favourite colours. My go to though is Casement and Coal Black. The waxes are wonderful too. ❤ You are still one of my favourite makeover artists.❤️

Learn about firkin buckets, you seem to find them in your area pretty easily. Some are quite valuable. I would have left the brass straps, the color is very nice. Like the glaze too

Yvonne, I don't usually comment very often, but I just have to tell you how amazing you are. I love everything you do! I saw a video from Sonnet, and she went to a decoupage class, and the creator of the paper showed how to paint the back of the paper white so you don't have to use another piece of paper. I just thought I would pass it on. Either way, I have been binge watching your videos for the last few weeks! You have been such an inspiration.

Thank you for sharing that. I did do a test piece with paint on the back.. it seemed to change it slightly. Which was my worry. I just was afraid to waste or ruin a piece of decoupage paper.
