Literally have been watching you since middle school/early high school about 6 or 7 years ago I got black belt in ITF TKD about 3 or 4 years ago and haven't really done anymore martial arts sadly bc life can be so busy. You fill that small void of missing martial arts 🥋

Bro you literally almost have the same exact story as me but I start watching him about 6 years ago and all the sudden stopped when I got my black belt like 2-3 years ago. I all the sudden stumbled upon him today and start doing combinations

I'm just a yellow belt and am an older adult. I get so frustrated with my lack of flexibility. You are so talented and full of energy. I can't even imagine doing 1% of what you can!

Get your micro goals set and I’m sure you will progress swiftly with consistent hard work. I f you do that, you will shock yourself with what you will achieve. Trust me 💪😁

Was watching with this my son (who's happily starting his TKD journey) but he asked what is a "caintah". I explained that it is a counter in your accent. Now he says it the same as you cause he thinks it's a cooler way of saying it.

Yo, i just got to green, and we're told to enter the beginners tournament (we'll start it next month), and I'm a type of power, defense and strats (I'm a no good in speed cause of my body weight)... This actualy also help me out in defense somehow, give nice details too. You mentioned most people use the Philly shell? Is that in all styles of TKD? Just curious :) Awesome combinations! I definitely like you systematically point out the follow up no matter which way they move.

Late but yes it is popular especially in point sparring because it covers the whole target but in normal fights there is kicking to the back so it’s less used

It’s a bit different. I would spar differently against a WT style because of the rules. ITF is a bit more open and fierce with punches allowed to the face, no body armour, etc.
