Interplay (now Obsidian) are the original creators of Fallout 1, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics. Long live The outer worlds! P.S. Try "Fallout 1.5" - a mod for Fallout 2 and see the choice. Also Fallout 1 and 2 - try every dialogue (a hint: every choice matters, also in the dialogues, no 4-keys dialogues, but actual reactions and consequences in the quests). Also there is a karma for every town and it unlocks different attitude towards you when visiting the town and when speaking! Sometimes the villagers will attack you directly, if you made something evil towards the town!

I think the best way to kill literally everyone possible even in places that you can only unlock doing missions is by playing the entire playthrough normally like a decent human being and then turning around and massacre'ing everyone you encountered right before going to the planet of no return

If you be the dumbass (low intelligence), you can do that by driving the Hope into the sun, so 100001 (including yourself) direct kill count

I literally just did this play through before I watched this video, I managed to kill everyone at Amber Heights but boy it was a tough fight. Definitely hardest part of the play through since you’re under levelled and under powered.

I had Parvati kill Junlei with the companion ability. She had a whole lot to say about me killing everyone in Edgewater too, she wasn't a happy camper. I had to quit the game after that and take a shower.

Well I don't think we have access to everywhere in the system. Byzantium particularly we only get a small portion available to us. Not to mention that each planet likely has many other cities.

There are also a few planets on your nav system that we don't have access to navkeys for. They could possibly be for planned DLC, however, I was under the impression that Obsidian had not planned on adding DLC at all.

If ppl are going to develop a planet, they hv to make sure which is suitable for human to live in first. so they wouldn't put too many ppl at the same time. so 1000 ppl for the 1 st wave is reasonable.

12:38 in fo3 you can blow up megaton before asking Moriarty about your dad. This will completely change your quest to "the search continues" and the quest description will be something along the lines of "continue searching for your dad". The same thing happens if you kill threedog. Sure there are essential NPCs, but atleast when you can kill story NPCs it doesn't just give you the info on their dead body. One of my only complaints about OW is the fact that you can kill everybody and it makes the game almost completely pointless. It's just a serial killer sim, you don't need to think about anything, you just go from quest marker to quest marker shooting people.

This is the best outcome out of all. You made plenty of space for the original colonists, and use the corpse of those who were leeching resources intended for them... to increase crop yields, thereby solving the crisis behind all of the Board's shady practices. For all intents and purposes, this should have been a gameplay option from the start with its own special, happiest ending.

I did almost the same on SuperNova, but damn being underleveled in Monarch and Tartarus was tough. I went on 50 on ranged weapons and 100 tech skills for tinkering though. I imagine it would be much harder with a melee build.

I couldnt figure out how to sneak into the boarst factory so I ended up having to kill the guards outside and then proceeded to kill literally everyone inside including the pigs, factory workers, guards, and machines. I just left the guy I needed for the quest alive.

This was how i first played through the outer worlds. However i was able to murder the iconos thanks to a flame thrower you can pick up in stellarsbay. That and my characters stupidly high health regeneration ability.
