This is my own version, I just wanna share 'coz I also love to cook whenever I'm in the mood. haha
Ingredients:
Ampalaya
2 Eggs Beaten
Sibuyas
Bawang
Kamatis
mantika
paminta powder
salt
How to cook?
1. Wash all the ingredients. Prepare the ampalaya, cut them into half and remove the seeds by scooping a spoon.
2. Slice the tomato, onion and garlic into a small pieces.
3. Add oil in a pan on a medium heat. Add the garlic, sauté until softened then add onions, sauté until softened and tomatoes then sauté for a few minutes until slightly cook.
4. Add ampalaya, and toss slightly. Add the beaten eggs and add some salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cover the pan for about 3 to 5 minutes.
6. Check if the egg are evenly cook, toss the amplaya and egg slightly (to avoid bitterness) and taste it if you already satisfied. Enjoy eating! 😊
