I'm beyond words! #Oat and #Camilla couldn't come to visit during the peak of COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the situation looks better, they finally stopped by and we also got to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. They were here for 3 or 4 days, so we took this opportunity to visit a couple of nearby towns.

We're here to eat Japanese food.
0:00:12
5 cups of sake, please!
0:00:15
That's the entrance.
0:00:21
These are hor d'oeuvres (appetizers).
0:00:24
Gyoza.
0:00:36
Have a problem with me?
0:00:37
You're gangsters or what, dumplings?
[T/N: 'za' in Thai. A play on words.]
0:00:41
Be careful. Eat them and you'll turn into one.
0:00:48
Yummy?
0:00:50
Is it soft?
0:00:52
You like eating starch so much.
0:00:56
Isn't that for handwashing?
0:01:07
- Thank you.
- Thank you... It looks so good.
0:01:25
Here we have articulated buses.
0:01:29
This is downtown Aarhus.
0:01:32
Burger King.
0:01:42
There's a fire or something.
0:01:51
There's a Danish event here.
0:01:54
Burger King.
0:01:59
That is a Danish hotdog stand.
0:02:02
It's so cute.
0:02:03
This is authentic Danish fast food.
0:02:07
Food stands are usually on the side of the road.
0:02:10
They don't usually work as restaurants.
0:02:13
But more outdoorsy.
0:02:19
That's Forex.
0:02:21
That's familiar...
0:02:23
Familiar.
0:02:29
We're standing in the middle of an intersection.
0:02:32
We can't cross yet. We have to wait for the green light.
0:02:34
- There.
- We're just standing here... - It's green now!
0:02:49
What's that called, honey? Stif- something.
0:02:53
So pretty. This is downtown Aarhus. Pretty, right?
0:03:02
This is full of bicycles.
0:03:07
We're walking to our car... to get our car.
0:03:11
This is a coffeeshop.
0:03:21
We're inside the mall. To get our car.
0:03:25
- On that side is a 7-Eleven...
- Aren't you Yainang?
0:03:29
[CC: Running into a fan/subscriber.]
0:03:43
In the summer, the leaves are green and pretty.
0:03:47
We're going downhill.
0:03:50
That cyclist must be having fun riding downhill.
0:03:53
Uphill is not fun though.
0:03:56
Here. Danes really love riding their bikes.
0:04:01
The apartments.
0:04:04
These are like Plathong Flats (in Rangsit).
0:04:06
It's really steep.
0:04:09
We're going uphill.
0:04:19
It'd be bad if we didn't have a car. We'd have to use bikes.
0:04:24
These are the houses. They all look similar.
0:04:28
Red roofs, red bricks...
0:04:32
If you want to see pretty houses, go to Copenhagen.
0:04:35
In Hellerup.
0:04:41
The walls remind me so much of prisons.
0:04:44
I'm glad I don't live here or I'd feel imprisoned.
0:04:49
Look at that. The wall stretches out.
0:04:53
That's a supermarket.
0:04:55
This is another apartment.
0:04:57
I couldn't see well.
0:05:02
Lots of apartments around here.
0:05:05
There are only houses in my town.
0:05:08
Now it's evening after getting back from Aarhus.
0:05:12
I was out with my kids.
0:05:13
Camilla went back to her place.
0:05:16
It's 2 hours from my town.
0:05:18
Oat is staying for dinner at my house since he lives farther.
0:05:21
He lives in Copenhagen.
0:05:24
That'll take 4 hours of travel.
0:05:26
So he'll be staying with me 3-4 days more.
0:05:31
After we got back, he wanted some Korean food.
0:05:48
This is the pork...
0:05:51
that we...
0:05:53
just finished grilling.
0:05:56
We're going to eat it Korean-style.
0:06:00
I just felt like having Korean food.
0:06:06
Here we go!
0:06:15
Is it good?
0:06:39
Paper towel, please?
0:06:44
Veggie... dip.
0:06:50
Garlic.
0:06:56
Couldn't grab it. Chili.
0:07:01
Kimchi.
0:07:03
And a bit more pork.
0:07:05
This is a double-pork wrap.
0:07:09
Wrap.
0:07:14
One is not enough... Double lettuce.
0:07:18
Like a miang [T/N: Thai lettuce wrap].
0:07:30
Just like in Korea.
0:07:33
And where are you now?
0:07:38
In Denmark.
0:07:39
Now we're changing it up.
0:07:49
I thought we'd stay in Korea a bit longer.
0:07:54
I may look Korean, but my heart's from Isan.
0:08:11
Look. A lone chili too.
0:08:19
Following Oat, we're changing the atmosphere.
0:08:51
It's like onigiri [T/N: japanese rice ball].
0:08:54
Korean onigiri?
0:09:00
Is it tasty?
0:09:02
- Zaeb ee-lee [T/N: so delicious!]
- Zaeb ee-lee, huh?
0:09:16
20, 30, 40...
0:09:22
50.
0:09:24
60, 70.
0:09:28
80.
0:09:29
90, 100.
0:09:32
110.
0:09:33
- 140
- 140, because...
0:09:38
I'm gonna win this.
0:09:39
Look at my cards. I'm ready to win.
0:09:45
But today I'm going to cheat.
0:09:51
Today is my boyfriend's birthday.
0:09:54
We traveled to a small island in Denmark.
0:09:57
To have lunch here.
0:09:59
It's a very famous restaurant.
0:10:01
- A small suprise for you.
- Woah!
0:10:07
- Is that from you two?
- No, it's from Camilla.
0:10:10
No, it's from mom.
0:10:12
Can you figure it out?
0:10:15
It's ...
