This is how I imagine the interaction would go when Jotaro revealed the whole situation with his daddy issues. Jotaro and Giorno had just finished a pretty heated fight and decide to solve things by talking it out and the two end up walking down the road. Giorno: What do you know about my fa- Dio? Giorno: So, if my father....Dio, took over the body of Johnathan Joestar....then that would make me- Jotaro: The biological son of Johnathan Joestar.. *Giorno sits down on a bench they were passing to really take in what’s going on* Jotaro: I guess in a way, that would make you my great uncle. Huh, how bizarre. And that’s about all I can think of .

Okay let's do this. * inhale * For DIO to be able to make an offspring, he must have functional genitals and for that to happen, his head must work in accordance to Jonathan's body. Since he stated that his wound hasn't fully healed and his head isn't completely accepted by Jonathan's body, Giorno is technically Jonathan and Dio's son. Since in order to make sperms and produce hormones, the brain has to be functional. In this case, DIO was making DIO sperms with DIO and JoJo genes since his head is steadily adapting to Jojo's body. His DNA is kind of mixed with JoJo because in order for cells to regenerate, y'know, DNA is used as the blueprint. Well, all I just want to say, is that in a way, DIO is kind of a Joestar. The DNA he has is merged with Jonathan's that's why both of their traits were passed on to Giorno. Sorry lol. But in reality, these things are yet impossible. Let's just wait for that head transplant that happens in late 2017. P.S. I need a life.
