People say Giorno's stand is the weakest. I think it's one of the creative ones. Able to give life to anything just by touch is matter maipulation at a higher level. He is not only changing the matter's state but also giving it consciousness, ability to think and act on its own to follow Giorno's orders and high range to operate his tasks. It's kind of like alchemy but at a higher level so that it can give life to any object of his choice as well.

Nothing will happen. To make Requiem stand you need Requiem arrow. I think it has been mentioned somewhere in the manga about it.
