I meet ray barreto in New jersey and patato in the 80's long time ago pick up a few hand triks from them but Giovanni been around all the greates and know all the hand tricks in the world he is the greatest master when it comes congas playing

What a master !!! Unbelievable talent. I don't want to sound rude but what happened to his fingers? I remember him playing at a younger age and his hands were normal. Is he diabetic or is it the result of an accident ?
