It is not a traffic stop if you are already stopped, that is why charges were dropped, it is not illegal to sleep in your car if it is parked in a parkings spot, it's not like she fell asleep at a red light, she had broken no laws, therefore resisting arrest couldn't stick, because she was not under arrest therefore the officer had no right to control her movement, believe it or not slavery ended in 1865, and that woman did not bbreak any laws, and she does not have to obey every thing a cop says to her, they had nothing, and refused to de-escalate, she doesn't have to show id, because she was not driving, she doesn't have to listen to them because this is America, she is free, and sleeping in your car is not a crime, so they could not even sobriety test her, and how do you know she was drunk, she was never charged with any type of dwi, because she was not driving, being drunk in your car is not a crime. You people are sad.

So far this year in Chicago alone, 1403 people have been shot. Of those, 79% have been black, and where the assailant is known, 26 out of 30 were black. Police have been involved in 5 shootings out of those 1403. That means a young black man is about 220 times more likely to be shot by another young black man than by the police.

no black person even the most law abiding wants to interact with police, did you not see the acorn cop, or the cop who mistook her gun for a taser, or any of the otehr ways we have ended up dead at these peoples hands it is a reasonable fear. As a black man who has never been in a gang, never had any type of tough lifestyles, the only people to ever point a gun at me was the police, two times it happened and I was not doing anything remotely illegal, so yes black fear dying in every encounter with police, or even when they bring you to jail, jail is not a safe place. People die, by murder neglect in jail stays as short as 48 hours, so we as black people know that police are only here to harm us in some form, fees, fines, fatalities, fabrications, falsifications, even when you beat charges with todays data based economy the arrest record is there forever, and that can be as bad as a conviction. It is not insane at all, if one group of people are legally allowed to kill another group of people, it is not insanity to avoid contact with the group of people who can legally kill you.
