I was especially blessed by today's talk like Jai I'm in a place where I don't know what I'm doing. I don't know what I'm supposed to do in this season I'm lost on what direction to go but everyday I'm preparing by faith that I am covered whatever happens that day that I'm at least going to see that next step in front of me. I'm gonna walk by faith and not by sight that he is leading me he is present on my every encounter that day and he is using me to be his voice to the people he puts around me. AMEN

I like the fact that you ladies don't sit in same place each episode

Philippians 4:8, " Whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, if it has moral excellence, if it is praiseworthy, dwell on these things". Dear Heavenly Father. Before I get out of bed each day I will pray to God and ask Him to keep my mind on things above and not of this world. Then Father I listen to different devotionals to steady my thoughts and emotions. Lord Jesus I ask for forgiveness and obedience in all I say and do. I also ask God for protection over me as well as for my family and I know I shall overcome with the help of Abba, Father. I thank you Lord Jesus for your outstretched hand and your encouragement each day. Father this makes me feel confident to keep pushing forward regardless of the challenges, trials and or obstacles I may face. I keep reminding myself to be patient and to be strong. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray Amen.

I struggled with having a Quiet time at the beginning of the day~ until i read what Jesus did first thing in the morning ~ He got up early and He prayed . When I have a rest during the day that’s when I put my feet up and read His Word I really enjoy having something to look forward to each day and reading His Word a little later in the day is perfect for me I hope this comment helps someone who might be struggling with their time with God in prayer and His Word.

Find a way to just protect your day. 1st thing in the morning. I keep switching my morning routines and they become better each day and effective. Sometimes I just do the routine of reading the word, listening to a short sermon not more than 20 minutes, meditation 10 minutes then praying every single morning it's effective and helpful to get your day going.

PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF CHRIST ,TO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE WE HAVE TO START WITH THE MAN IN THE MIRROR

I am 68 years old and I am from a catholic family but was not brought up in the church but we went to church on Sunday but my memories of the church is I loved the house the stained glass windows how much I loved the statues the singing the smell and lighting candles for the sick and saying prayers. I felt so safe in there but I don’t remember listening to the gospel, it’s impressive to hear you quote the bible and to understand the translations and to have a mentor as good as Joyce and friend of course. So I bought my first bible study book psalms and proverbs and I have to say I am shocked at the violence David has endured the poor guy just can’t get anywhere, I know that must sound odd to say the least but I have committed to reading the bible with an open mind and heart and study the word because I found this site. Pray for me girls because this is a difficult process for me I will need to google some of these old words also.

The morning is difficult for me also. I spend my time with the Lord in the evening or sometimes on evenings when I am on the bus coming home I would go into a deep conversation with the Lord where I just block everything and everyone out. It’s as if I am in a trance, just lost in my own thoughts. But of course, when I open my eyes I thank the Lord for a new day and for protection.

Many blessing. My time with God starts in the morning and continues thru the day. KZfaq, bible app, books. I am in a season where I have more time and NEED a lot of time in the word. There have been other seasons in my life that I only did short devotionals and really did not make time with God a priority. That has changed with Gods gracious help.

I am so sorry that folks have to see evil in everything & that they feel that the rest of us ADULT WOMEN need their 'insight' on our belief system. Yoga is EXERCISE. You do NOT have to put the eastern spiritual aspect into it. You CAN actually pray while doing it, thanking God for the ability & privilege to be able to move & stretch your body. It falls in2 the same mindset as when Jesus said that it is not what you put in your mouth that makes you dirty. Its what resides in your heart. I have a niece that God has blessed with a beautiful voice but because my sister married into a JW family they restrict her from using it because it's BAD. Even singing worship songs is a no-no. If y'all don't like yoga don't do it but don't place your scripturally non-defensible opinions onto others. I don't remember one time during this video hearing Jai ask for any of our opinions on her exercise program. So how about we all just enjoy the journey with these ladies & realize that they all have their mentors who they seek out for advice? They also have a God who doesn’t happen to be us that I'm quite sure they speak to regularly & who guides them in their journeys. Jai, I am amazed every day at your strength & resolve to keep walking in faith. You are a true witness of what God can do with a broken life. You just keep taking care of yourself & your body exactly the way the Holy Spirit leads you to. God Bless all of you, ladies. You all have definitely helped me through some hard times. Thanx 😊 🙏

Can yall not about the fruit of the spirits

Sister Jai, you made mention that you do your yoga in the mornings.. Please be aware that the practice of yoga is not suitable for a Christian as it has demonic roots to it, different poses invoke different demonic spirits. I was born a Hindu and i did study and practiced yoga growing up but after becoming a Christian, i wasnt aware of what i was doing until the Holy Spirit started teaching me why i shouldnt do yoga anymore. Be careful not to give the devil any foothold in your life. Maybe you didnt know but now you do. Knowledge is power. Please repent of practising yoga. 🙏
