There's a manga that revolved around the MC literally having Minecraft/Survival game powers. think it was- oh wait I have it on my Kindle app... "Survival In Another World With My Mistress" which is pretty much guy gets isekai'd with Minecraft powers and is sorta enslaved by a dark elf woman

Would it even carry over as usable currency? In Overlord, Ainz's Ygdrasil gold remained as it was and was different from the currency of the world Nazarik got transported to. What if Reni had it stored in a bank so she didn't lose it on accident (she's stated a few times she's quite clumsy actually) and that bank account doesn't exist in this world?

@@bluestar_kun Ainz wasn’t isekai’d into the game he was playing. The world had magic and items from Yggdrasil because at least three sets of players had been isekai’d there before him. They each left something from Yggdrasil in The New World. Additionally, it is the exact same world that she played in, it’s revealed that the dragon her character walked past is there and her dad had encountered it before. This happens later in the story. The recap wasn’t doing it for me, so I went and read the story myself. So, the currency should be the same. I can see the bank thing being a reasonable explanation for why she would be missing some or even most of her money but as an rpg player, I can tell you, no one would walk around without any money on their character as it’ll be too inconvenient. In both She Profess Herself The Wiseman’s Pupil and In The Land of Leadale, the main characters are isekai’d into the game they played but they both had money on them. Although, I think in Land of Leadale the mc buying power was different, because quite some time had past and things had gotten worse over time. So, she had more buying power with the same currency. Her putting away the money due to being clumsy doesn’t make sense thought, because she had all her items with her. It’s easy to throw away an item but currency is a different story. In the games I’ve played, the only way to get rid of money the player has earned was to spend it. Money is kept in a spot where you couldn’t select as easily as selecting an item in your item box. And important items to the story is kept in a completely different space and can’t be destroyed or discarded. And with all the items she had, spending that kind of money would be impossible. If I had to guess, the real problem would be lazy writing. Or this is one of the author’s first story, meaning it’s a detail they forgot to account for. Anyway, sorry for the mountain of text. I kinda let my worked through my thoughts as I went.
