Just because you are obviously not in good enough shape physically to do this it doesn't mean that others are all like you . Some of us do so much physically every day that this is a really easy thing. Look with your eyes and see she is in better shape than you . Not everyone is like you. Try assuming less and doing more

Some of the comments on here are interesting and logically do not have sound reasoning, esp in regard to the tools, etc. Please, think. How were things built thousands of years ago?
