I think people are only voting for her because of her brother? and not because of her talent. she is talented, but seriously people has got to open up their eyes. the other girls. so so talented. and not as much votes as bahiyyih?

Episode 1 to at least Episode 4 are recordings before we even started voting from Episode 2. So, the first cell reshuffle during Episode 2 was done even before we started voting.

@@K1RAM3KI I was refering to her level now. She needs a lot more training to achieve the level of other girls on the show. Others are more talented and more trained, this is why I found her ranking unfair. In the future any of the girls has potential to be better but I think it’s fair to judge based on what we have now.

@@juno1765 These "supports" could mirror the individual votes, but at this stage of the audition (1st round), cell voting matters most for survival/elimination. At the same time, there is the 50% Korea voting and 50% Overseas voting, but not sure if that is applied in this 1st round or later rounds.

Momoko is in the same boat. Barely any screentime, almost fully edited out of both cells she's been in. Momoko's my favourite and the reason I'm kinda interested in this, but Manami definitely caught my eye too, she might be in my top choices.

@@urieommarang so far she’s been in the 1000% performance and Team 2’s Yes Or Yes ^^ Momoko was in a cell with with Ziyin and Yujin at first, but now she’s with Kim Se In and Wen Zhe :> I’d definitely recommend looking at her fancam video, she didn’t get many voice lines but she killed the dance and her voice is stable, I’d say she was also the most stable voice in 1000% (admittedly vocals were not the strongest point in their 1000%… I don’t want to be rude to the main vocalist tho, I think it was just kinda out of their range, Momoko didn’t get many lines there either) That’s my short answer lol If you want to know more about Momoko, a sort of biography: She is a former member of the J-pop idol group Sakura Gakuin, which has the concept of a school, all the members consist of girls from grade 6 to 9 and when they graduate junior high school they graduate from the group. She joined in 2015 and graduated during the Road To Graduation 2017 concert (it actually took place in 2018 from what I’m aware, but using school logic that was from a school year that started in 2017, thus the name). SG makes music with choreography, they act out skits (I’m pretty sure she was in a play as well), and they do modeling :> After that, in 2019, she appeared on stage with Babymetal in Taiwan at the Super Slippa 10 festival ^^ if you’re unfamiliar with Babymetal, they’re a Japanese group which mixed metal with jpop to make what they’ve called “kawaii metal.” They’re considered pioneers of the genre. Babymetal was formed as a subunit of Sakura Gakuin, it was known as the Heavy Music Club as well as Babymetal, and the original members were Suzuka Nakamoto, *Moa Kikuchi, and Yui Mizuno. Suzuka graduated before Moa and Yui because she is older, but the group continued, and they still exist to this day they just aren’t a Sakura Gakuin subunit anymore. In late 2017, Yui Mizuno stopped performing with Babymetal due to what seems to be health reasons, they performed without her for a year until she officially left on October 18th 2018. (*fun fact, apparently Yurina Kawaguchi, another contestant on this show as you probably know, is actually a close friend of Moa’s, so that’s pretty cool. She wore a Babymetal shirt on one of the GP videos lol). Since Babymetal choreography needs 3 people, they introduced “Avengers,” dancers which would fill in the role of a third dancer where Yui would usually be so the dances are not off balance. The first avenger was Riho Sayashi (former member of Morning Musume, she was also in the same class as Suzuka back in Actors School Hiroshima which is kinda cool), the second was Kano Fujihira (a Sakura Gakuin graduate), and the third was Momoko Okazaki. Since then, Momoko has been in at least 19 concerts with them, if my math is correct. The other two have been doing their own things (Riho is making her own music and Kano is in a jpop group with other SG graduates called Onefive), so the past 10+ concerts have all been supported by Momoko. Now that she’s in Girls Planet 999, it’s unknown whether she’s going to continue being an avenger. She did not sing at all with Babymetal, so GP999 is actually the first time Momoko fans have heard her singing voice since she graduated Sakura Gakuin 👍 I’m so sorry for info dumping on you if you want Momoko related links, like concerts or songs she was in or anything, I can give them to you I literally have no life
