Nice build, a bit over the typical entry level system for sure. Will be really nice with some extra power to maintain that voltage. Might not do hair tricks but I bet that gets down pretty hard. I loved the genius use of the jack to help pin the box down :D

A nice budget build. Have fun with it, but be smart too. Remember there are always people waiting for you to show off so they can steal your stuff. Alarm and figure out a way to lock your trunk and back seat. 👍

With the power she’s running a decent alternator, good AGM under the hood, big 3, and an ultra cap in the trunk would have her holding 14’s steady. I’m running a mechman billet 370, odyssey extreme AGM battery under the hood, ioxus uc-31 in the rear, 1/0 wiring everywhere, and my voltage is solid with around 4000 watts. My car starts amazingly fast with that ultracap as well.

Definitely needs more cubes for those 15s to breathe. My 2 CTSounds bio 15s took a 7.2cuft box and still needed inverting to hit hard and dig low in my impala. My rearview mirror yeeted itself within the first week. So I know there's a whole lot left in that system, seeing as hers is still hanging in there. I sure wish there were more car audio shows locally. Maybe once I get this business up and running, I'll amass a crew of builds to just travel together to other shows.. Not the type to ride up solo dolo, even if by chance I'm meeting people.. Don't like to meander through the crowd by myself looking for people, makes me anxious.

Definitely not 2 Sa form market place for 250 and a pre fab box with a 200 hundred dollar amp. Compared to a 2008 Impala SS, The motor in that car is worth more than the vehicle and subs.

Those crapasshitters are garbage. If she got an extra battery, she would have all the farads she needs without voltage drop. 2.5 farads for about 80$ versus like 250 farads for a few hundy is no comparrison. These capacitors are a full rip off. Those 15s would sing!! Cool install tho. I like how the speakers and box are sitting.
