I might sound cringe saying this but, as a girl who's never had a girl best friend this podcast is so helpful for me. hearing you talk about periods, sex, insecurities etc. makes things I thought were strange or gross about me feel normal. I really appreciate it.

Hearing them talk extensively about their flaws and wanting a surgery makes me sad. QT and Maya I just want to say you both look very beautiful and perfect the way you are.

Also this is random but QT has an impressive talent of knowing where she left a story and being able to continue the story after a tangent. Also also beep beep.

Crazy how you guys managed to move your whole setup to Florida

Man that sucks, it's obviously nobody's fault but it's a shame about all the preparation that went into it and it would have been cool seeing the dynamics between some of the girls who normally don't hang out with eachother. Hope there will be a follow up at some point

if you don't want to water down your wine you can freeze strawberries or grapes to chill your wine. Depends on the wine sometimes because some are sweeter then others but ive been told its still better then Ice cubes.

It's awful that things didn't go to plan, but when lives can be at potential risk, the safe option is the best one. Just know your community will happily wait until Girl's Trip 2.0 at which time we will go hard support mode. Also, love that you guys weren't afraid to talk about controversial/stigmatized topics like menstruation, assault/kidnapping, and Roe v. Wade. Can't wait for the next one!

Before 2:15:44 my best period tip if you don't want to use your sock (cause I won't) Instead of just wrapping the TP and slapping it in there, wrap the TP around your underwear & try to have both ends end up in the middle so when you bleed it stamps it like a wax seal on an envelope & it won't come off. Even that thin ass school TP does not come off. To remove it, reach on the outside of your underwear & rip it through the layers & lift one side & it'll come off like a charm. I actually figured this out when I was 13. I'm now 18 & still use it to this day! Try it :]

As someone who just started getting laser hair removal, it hurts in certain areas and others you can't even feel it. And it's honestly wonderful in terms of shaving and razor burn/ingrown hairs. There is a chance it will come back in the future but many places have a "lifetime guarantee" kinda thing. The only problem is that you can't really get any sunlight exposure to the area i.e. no tanning, wearing sunscreen, etc. Either way, I def recommend. It's usually like 7-10 different sessions and for my entire face it was ~$3000 but, being trans, way worth it. Edit: Beep boop

Please never get rid of the wine moment! And I'm proud of you for doing the responsible thing, must have been so difficult after all of the thought and effort that went into this. dude the period part sucked. i bled through my pants once and luckily i didn’t bleed onto my seat but i was so embarrassed and i felt exactly how qt felt where you can feel everyone’s eyes on you even if they aren’t. i had to call my parents to bring me spare pants because of how stupid and disgusting i felt. no matter how old you are you will forever feel embarrassed traumatized.

You are awesome QT. Please don't be discouraged by this. It is just a small stumbling block. I'm sure you'll come out of this stronger. Looking forward to more such wonderful events from you.

I relate so much to QT… the segment about TikTok’s and how women are so hot, size 0s, etc. I’ve always struggled with my weight, and it’s the reason I try to stay away from social media like Instagram. Society puts way too much pressure for us to look a certain way (which isn’t obtainable naturally) like surgery and etc. but I just wanna say you look really good QT! 🥰

The tampon discussion was really good, because Lud saying that on stream years ago made me think that a dude keeping a stock of tampons was normal behavior. Luckily I never did it, but I definitely asked friends of mine about it and thought I was insane. Glad to see they're right.

I only watch the podcast because Im too busy to catch a stream period, thats why I love watching nmp's youtube. Also love that these are always over 3 hours long.

Qts story about almost getting lured into kidnapping and sex trafficking is fking terrifying.

Hearing QT talk during the 'Plastic Surgery' section really was horrifying, because I could hear that she meant it, she wasn't doing a bit. She believes she needs it. Someone needs to take Tiktok away from her 😶. It's definitely not doing her any good, and she *knows* it too, but can't stop herself... Like, that's a toxic cycle she's putting herself through unnecessarily. I genuinely hope she talks with her therapist about this, and they can help her stop. She is gorgeous and I and so many others would kill to look like her, like Maya says, it is *crazy* that she feel that way about herself. It's so freaking understandable of course, but still crazy. I don't know her obviously, but based on how she talked about it, it seems like problem that runs deep for her, and I genuinely hope she finds a way out of it. That being said, again, I totally get it so much that it hurts, the pressure is on for women. Luckily I've avoided a lot of it because I've never been much at all on social media my life, but even *still* I feel it. Like I hate how I look, no matter what people I've dated or known have said about my appearance (positively speaking). It's horrible, and it sucks that society works like it does to make us feel this way. It's genuinely sad hearing QT feel so dissatisfied with her looks that she has literally made a mental list of all the surgeries she wants to take. Even more sad because I understand it *so* well, even though I've never considered surgery myself (well.. not seriously at least), I get exactly how and why any girl would be pushed to the point of thinking about it so thoroughly. That shouldn't be normal, it shouldn't be 'expected', it should be surprising and shocking but it isn't... This is also why I love this podcast so much though, and want it to succeed. It is so good for girls (both young and old) online to have a podcast like this where they can hear girls talk about this stuff, everything, even the really sad stuff. It's also good for teaching guys more about stuff they never see. It's just in general a good podcast, and it sucks they can't even get it monotised bc it's 'crass' or whatever justification KZfaq has.
