@@johanfornell I mean it's pretty obvious to me that they lifted the guitar tone and vocal delivery. The drum track sounds like it could be lifted straight off of Bodysnatchers. Bodysnatchers is probably more what they were going for, now that I think of it... The rhythm of the main riff is similar to Jigsaw Falling into Place, but it's more dissonant because they're capitalizing on the quirky sporkcore Windmill Scene buzz, as is evident from the "crackhead energy" music video/random guitar solo towards the end of the track. This is crap but the plebeian normie audience that isn't familiar with the better bands that this is aping are going to love it for it's novelty to their inexperienced ears.

you suggesting "bodysnatchers" of all songs as a sole point of reference is fucking baffling. like. there is an entire GENRE of music that sounds like this... but no, radiohead is the be-all and end-all of music apparently. displays your own lack of musical experience if anything 👍
