I really wish I had videos like this when I was a teenager! Even now I find it so calming to hear other women's experiences with different things we all go through but might be too shy to talk about when we're younger. I will say I think it's good to reach out to guys if you like them instead of waiting. Most of the time they're not reading the subtle signs that we are and what we see from their actions might not be what we think. Even if you get rejected sometimes, you will more easily reach the ones that might like you but be too shy to talk to you. It's a huge confidence boost when you get a positive reaction!

Oh my god , my period cramps are the same as yours Colie!! I don’t get them when I am on my period but I do get them like a week before my period and then a few days after I get cramps and this made me feel so comfortable because I thought I was the only one that had mind that way!!❤️
