Toxic friendships truly drain you so much especially when they do it out of personal insecurities within themselves. It’s definitely not easy to remove yourself from those types of friendships but sometimes it’s the best thing to do especially if it’s taking a toll on your mental, and even physical health.

Thanks for sharing some of your ideas on bettering oneself with friendships / relationships etc. in my mid teens and early 20s I experienced toxic friendships then distanced myself from those people and focused on improving my education and work/hobbies. Now, I sometimes feel lonely as my friends and my siblings lifestyles are different to mine naturally , as we have busy schedules; them with their children , even my close friends 😊 who were teen mums , and because I wasn’t a teen mum I sometimes felt left out yet began to realise I have myself and self love care and worth is the most important thing ❤ good friendships/ relationships are nurturing when happy and confident within ourselves ❤ then can healthily welcome good friendships xx
