Watching this hit close to home. I spent thirty years working with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. There have been many children who has had so called disabilities, but I have always thought in fact they DO have the ABILITY to do anything anyone else can, but on their own pace and in their own way. No person is like the next. Everyone is an individual and should be treated as such. Thank you Dhar Mann for always bringing awareness on subjects that should matter to all people. We are blessed and better for watching your videos. Aloha from Hawai’i Brenda 💖

That's cool. Is it okay if I share something with you? It has to do with sensory and perceptions. I have been diagnosed with autism and I am pretty sure that I see/experience the world in similar ways to most Autistics (And others on the spectrum). Seeing as you probably know a lot of people in the Autism community perhaps you could share this with them, and maybe also try to encourage people to use the word challenge instead of disability, cause at least to be the D word makes someone seem less capable/brockin, where as challenge is an excellent term to use for how many of us autistics find "normal" society to be: When I look at/experience stuff, like say, rocks, wind, touch, facial expressions, vocals/tones, emotion...everything, they/life are all like living/emotional objects to me, absolutely everything is, and in that way everything is the same thing/countless emotions/senses/etc forever changing, like that of constantly changing/moving water/ripples/vibrations/etc where me and everything else is just that, so the concept of anything being separate from one another took me quite some time to grasp :) When I was on pills, I understood measurement/perspective, things being separate, nothingness, emptiness, boredom, vastly dulled emotions, death, time, and the world felt and even look like it had a lot less colourations/shades/depth, like it was a lot more 2 dimensional compared to my normal self and I felt much like an actual/literal zombie (Again, compared to my normal self) and all of this bought forth what to me was a new kind of fear, the fear of being alone, of death, of nothingness T_T I then needed to find stuff to try to fill in this new concept of emptiness, of a kind of darkness/loss that I had never known before, of creating+faking emotions to try and fill the void and “time” seemed to move much faster as so much amazing+intense stuff was missing. I must keep emphasizing that without the pills, everything (Yes, emotions/sounds/etc too...everything) is like an ever changing bombardment of ripples, waves, vibrations and tones where emotions are everywhere and everything T_T All too often, due to many Autistics physical/verbal/emotional/etc reactions this easily makes it look like a fair number of people on the spectrum don’t have much in the ways of emotion/etc, that we don’t really care about how others feel, that we shut ourselves off from emotions and so on, but I say that the problems are in the fact that too many of these “expert” researchers are comparing us to the average persons, and I see that as being a truly massive mistake on their part… I live as emotion with forever changing emotion all around, and it is a super intense lifestyle, but when I was on the pills, they opened my eyes to another way of living/looking at/experiencing things/life and for me the way I naturally live (Without the pills) is the way I want to live even though for most others, it would probably send them into madness, just as the pills introduced me to a way of looking at/experiencing things that to me was it’s own world of madness… This has all combined together to give me some very interesting perspectives/understandings, like a bridge between the 2 worlds, and I think that I have turned out very well as a result of it all, and I have even spoken in a couple of events before too, and being on the pills made colours and so much other stuff really dulled down, almost like being shut in a dark cold room, torn away from life’ love/a mother torn away from her child. Without pills, everything is much brighter and sharper in an intensity soothing (non blinding with the right environments/etc) kind of way (Like floating+melting, as if being filled with water in a very cooling/cleansing way, as if I am about to enter heavens cool yet warming light), being able to see countless more shades/etc then I otherwise would due to things being so much more detailed, like looking at/feeling never ending/forever changing tapestries of bright liquid crystal silver light :) Here is one of the pieces of poetry that I typed a while back that I think would go pretty well with this: May your souls of ghostly liquid light spread their cleansing chills to hauntingly beautiful tones and vibrations in the never ending melodies of mysterious holy darkness in life’s eerily eternal song of infinitely awe inspiring complexities, turning fear into enhanced awareness & illuminating the way for others through the experiences of angels through us T_T

Very emotionally powerful!! This truly brought tears to my eyes. Sophie and the other models with disabilities were so beautiful-both inside and out. Having a big heart contributes to one’s beauty more than anything. That agent was so narrow minded. This video delivered such an important message; never judge anyone with a disability. That is considered bad karma, because a person never knows if they will end up disabled one day. Always treat people kindly and with due respect. 🥰❤️👍👍👍

I totally agree. I’m glad to be extra different as I call it. It’s actually the exceptionally skilled people like us with big hearts who get messed with the most, so when I’m laughed at I don’t take it as hard knowing they’re jealous of me. There’s some guy I know who has high functioning autism/Asperger’s syndrome and he’s a very spiritual/religious person and being picked on constantly throughout life he takes it as those being jealous of him.

Thank you so much for spreading these kinds of positive messages, Dhar Mann, it's always nice to be seeing you guys show people that just because you have a disability or syndrome, doesn't mean that you actually look bad or do badly at something, at all, because either one of those things is what makes these kinds of people special, me included. I could totally relate to this, because I have ASD, and I've been humiliated, used, and even mocked for not being able to do things the right way or doing things that others would think I do too slowly. Thank you so much for telling stories and changing lives, Dhar Mann, I cannot thank you enough, I'm even thinking of buying merch from your store at this point, haha!

That is honestly what is wrong with most parents, they raise children to be naive and gullible. When she spits on the camera or can't say her lines properly the mother is like "oh you're doing great" ect ect. No, she wasn't doing great. Telling her that isn't going to make her more confident it's going to make her less confident when she fails because she thinks she is doing absolutely amazing when she is doing terrible

Being different is not a bad thing. Think of a disability, as another ability. Disabilities make us unique and special! You can’t control it, so treat everyone the way how you want to be treated! You should never judge someone till you walk into their shoes. Remember, ‘we’re not just telling stories, we’re changing lives!’ Love this lesson Dhar Mann! ❤️

Lets dig deeper...where did this concept of being different come from? Sounds like Darwinism to conclude that the mentally handicapped, the physically handicapped, or just someone with a speech impediment is to be classified as different...

This is positively true. Anyone who treats badly, a person with a disability gets a disadvantage. "Think of it as a different ability." I hope we can all be nice to people disabled or not!

In all your videos there's always somebody like supporting the person who gets shamed or mistreated. I'd really appreciate it if u could create a story in which the main character fights through their struggles on their own. Thanks!
