He yelled and shouted orders for it to let go, but of course, why would an undead being of satanic origin listen to man? Pulling closer and closer to it's face, it's jaw hung low with ragged and sharp teeth, about to sink into his still young skin, before a blade of pure diamond suddenly came down full force right into the zombie's head. Squawking a ruthless sound of agony, the monster cowered back as if it still contained some form of humanity deep down. Pat looked up, only to see a broad, stoic, and hairy face above. Looking down towards Pat, the man picked him up by the shoulders and shoved him a few steps forwards and away from the now demolished wall. "Run! You still have time!" He demanded, unsheathing yet another weapon from his belt, thus being a long, sturdy scythe. "Bu-" "RUN, FOOL!" And without another word, Pat turned around and instantly spotted an exit, one which he hadn't noticed before. Whether it was magic or just his mind playing tricks, he followed his instinct and ran. He ran and ran and ran, the muscles in his legs cramping up from all the running he'd done within both real life, and his past few dreams. Yet, what if this one was just another dream as well? What if all this was pointless? What if he woke up and like always, ended up in that same, slightly stinky, no good bed of his again? He almost debated stopping and letting the zombies gobble him up. Maybe then the dreams would finally end. But no, even if it was a dream, he wouldn't die, reality or not. Pat continued to sprint to safety. "This is barbaric!" He whined.
