That can be the case but not all cases so don’t say stuff like that without telling some context.. If a girl likes you but lost her love, attraction and respect for you why would she want to be with you again if you walk away. Just act like friends and make her feel feelings for you if you really want to be with her. If not let it go, but sitting in the friendzone waiting for something to change is nog going to work. Change yourself, if you don’t want that then let go

This is such good advice!!!! I let myself get friend zoned by my ex-fiance and it messed with my head big time for three years. I wouldn't give other women a chance because the challenge and fantasy of her overshadowed everyone else. Whatever you do repeatedly becomes a habit. If you act like a SIMP for too long you will start to fall into that habit with any woman that you find attractive. As painful as it can be, you have to force yourself to avoid the friend zone with a woman that you are attracted to. Either your behavior has to change or you have to avoid that person at all costs.

I have learned this thing this year.. Getting into relationship and avoiding friendzone in the initial case is one thing.. But even after relationship, girls can friendzone you.. There are lots of signs /red flags you get in beginning only but due to our emotional highs, we avoid them. Even I tried to breakup with her lots of times but she would use to convince me to stay. Eventually after lots of fights(we both were toxic for each other actually), she said she wants to breakup and just be friend.. That time I rejected her. But wish I could have walked away initially only but then your attachment doesn't let's you do that.. Will keep this thing in future relationship

This is the situation I'm in at the moment. I relapsed and had a massive binge drink on Friday just gone and said something insulting to her that I thought was funny while being blackout drunk. Completely 100% my own fault but the trigger was the fact that every time she goes to plan something for us to do (We've both got children from previous relationships so time is a factor) we never end up doing anything but when I plan stuff, simple things like cinema or going for a meal, it happens. I even moved my shifts at work to make sure we had one night a week for just ourselves and the response I got? "No every week though". Should have ended it right then and there.

Chris, a spin on what you’ve said - after 18 months she came back, we bumped uglies, 6 weeks later she suddenly blocks me on one platform, I know another guy is in the picture. Lost count the number of times she boomerangs back to me over the years. I have a girl that constantly moves me into friend zone and doesn’t bother to tell me. She will cut off intimacy and stop reaching out. Met up with my ex yesterday and we went to the cinema and had a meal together. We’ve been broken up 6 weeks. She said tonight was a test to see if I could still be friends with her. We’ve arranged another cinema meet up for the 19th Feb 23 but right now I’m too angry as I still love her. Went through this about 3 months ago. Met this girl from work. She broke it off since I want txting her enough I guess. Even though I came over quite often and took her out a good bit. Never ignored her and was mostly responsive when she did txt me. So I was confused when I happen to not txt her for a full day and then it happened once more about 2 weeks later. She broke up with me through txt. Kissed my ass about how good a guy I am and blah blah blah. Then the I'd love to remain friends line came in. It's awkward as fuck when she happens to work the same day I do. I respected her choice and haven't talked to her once since. But sometimes for whatever reason it bothers me. Not because of her in particular but the feeling of someone dumping you. Sure hits that ego and self esteem even if our relationship was not all that serious nor long. My brain is fucked I guess haha

Yeah still not buying it. I think she is full of shit. Of course she is going to explain things in an attempt to make herself look good. I think it’s pretty low of her to end the relationship, and then later try to put the blame on her. She was already on the hunt for someone else. She made that decision when she wanted to just be friends; women don’t want to only be friends with someone they really like. Judge women by their actions, not their words. If they lose attraction for you, they will be on the hunt for someone else. They will be on the hunt whether you are their friend or not. What was she going to do? Continue to be friends with you for years and refuse to date another guy? Of course not.

Are you kidding? You should go on the trip with her if she's inviting you and wants to foot the bill for the trip. Once there, go off and meet some fine ladies and have a blast! You can use one of the oldest techniques on women that men have used for eons. Jealousy. Most female egos cannot stand other woman getting something they had, and are enjoying your intimacy and attention at a higher level than she got. Warning, this also has its set of possible issues but hey, free trip and fun. She'll come to the pounding possible realization that, "maybe he just wasn't that physically attracted to me", and will shift her attention sexually back to you. Because she now finds you unpredictable and clearly hasn't figured you out. Respect. It's in female nature once they see you with other women having fun and lots of it, to feel , maybe "it was them", and not you, since are now found to be desired by other women and you could care less how that makes her feel. Remember, she still values greatly the, "love" or feelings she has for you, even if its no longer sexual. But even the risk of another woman getting that love, however plutonic to the ex, the next girl could get that and a sexual side to you she never did.. That in their minds, cannot stand! lol

we were friends at the beginning then we became a couple then we broke up she said she loves me then a week later she said she doesn't anymore she told me its not me but her and we became friends again but i want her back. what sould it do? I live in Washington State and she lives is LA. Our plan was that I go and see her On the Feb 25th and she also has a very important registered nurse exam on the Feb 24th and now she had to push her exam coz she can't fucos. right now all i can think about is that she needs space even though she told me she doesn't needs space and time to fucos on her exam. now that she just broke up with me and became friends again. my plan is that im still going to LA and hope she will try and talk to me what should i do I want her back

She is confused it's the exact same case of mine.. After lots of fights she broke up.. Then she said she needs time to rethink.. Then one day she agreed to continue.. Another day she again said she is not comfortable but wants to be friends to know me better.. I said no she still keeps on sending messages to stay in touch.. My 2 cents are to just ignore her till the time she calls you and ask for a relationship again

Spilt up from my girlfriend on 02/12/22 after an argument and I text her to end it. Instantly regretted it and tried to stop the text but it had already sent. Told her I didn’t mean it and she left the same night. She said 10 days later she wants to remain friends and I was gutted. Am meeting her on Friday 23/12/22 to exchange Christmas presents. It’s her 50th Birthday on 28/12/23 and I’ve bought presents for that as well. I don’t want to be her friend and want her back as my girlfriend. What should I do? 😢

Oh man! You were so close to making the dignified exit. It would have been better had you not tried to excuse your breakup text, but instead you handed her the dumper's hat and took the self esteem hit rather than her. That's pretty shit! I was in that situation years ago and carried on chasing her at the expense of my own personal growth and career development. It ate away at my self esteem and did not make me appear attractive to other people. I eventually abandoned hope for reconciliation and decided to put myself first. In just a few years I completely transformed my life and moved far closer to being my truest self, which I would never have achieved if she were around to distract me. 10 years later and she ended up chasing me and she fell head over heels and we did end up dating again. Unfortunately it seemed that she really hadn't grown up in that decade and eventually started to show her more toxic side, but yet again she proved to be a very good learning experience though it was somewhat bittersweet. No matter how you ended up in the friend zone, the only way you can progress to dating the woman is if you leave. You have to literally get up and walk out of her life completely. I think it helps to announce it to her too along with some final thoughts about your feelings for her, without boosting her ego in the process. You then must stay out of all contact for no less than 2 years and in that time reinvent yourself. Do those things and if you then return you won't be returning to the friend zone but rather you'll be considered like just another new guy that she meets. You'll have an opportunity to re-attract her if you play your cards right. Keep the cards close to your chest though, don't reveal yourself too much. Don't get carried away if she becomes attracted to you once more. If anything play hard to get.

It is more complicated when that woman is your wife for the last 15 years and you own property and dogs together. Not so easy to end it and just walk away. If you do you can be looking at serious pain. Divorces and property division can be very expensive.

Hey i am talking to a married women more than 1& half year and i think she has friend zone me because she is seeing other married man.
