The countdown part was said to be done by an announcer for Blade and Soul and not the girls. It's pretty hard to hear Jessica - even her chest voice - in the countdown, I ran that through an audio editor and it's more of a pitched-up male/very low female voice (given that it sounds more natural and less chipmunk-ish when pitched down several semitones). But that "Time to blow it up" part, when pitched up, definitely sounds like Jessica (the enunciation + nasal quality of the voice are identical).
