I like how people LOVE to make acrylic/long nails look so "bAd" and "hArd tO liVe wiTh", when in actuality, they're easy ASF to live with, they actually make life EASIER and there's actually a very very simple solution to help yourself get used to working with long nails. That being: Don't be stupid and get super long nails for the first 2 weeks, get SHORT acrylic nails at first if you're a beginner and slowly WORK your way up to long nails. I mean come on, it's seriously THAT simple and it's so easy to live with long nails. (However, I suggest that if you're the type of person that uses your hands 25/8, then don't get them. You WILL rip a nail off)

I have naturally long fingernails and I've never had any problems. But if you're going to get acrylic start off with a moderate length don't start with the super long ones see if you like them build up to the long ones so that you can learn shortcuts around stuff like opening a Coke can without breaking a nail
