🏖🌺🍹 I really appreciate you including all the ways your day did not go as planned. I'm a single mom of a 2 year old girl and have been so inspired by you and Bekah with all your solo mom travels. I keep hoping to do one of my own to Disney, but am so scared because my daughter is such a wild child. I'm always in awe of how well behaved Ellie and your girls are.

Gotta keep it real because travel isn't always perfect. Oh girl they have their moments!! Bella's big feelings at the airport was a full on meltdown but in those moments I'm busy being mom not vlogger.

I feel you on the wild child, mine has a hard time transitioning from something really fun and having to leave said fun thing 😅 We are headed in September for the first time! Nervous and excited, I feel like Disney is the one place though where there are bunch of other moms and kiddos going through the same thing, so that's a plus 😆

The window ended up so cute!!! I feel you on crazy travel days. Our last trip got delayed 3 times, finally flew down, circled MCO for 45 minutes, ran outta gas and had to fly back to Tampa, couldn’t get a new flight crew so we ended up quickly renting a car from Tampa and driving the rest of the way at 1am rather than stay overnight in Tampa 🌺🌴🍍🐠

Loveeee Caribbean Beach!! The 5th sleeper in Jamaica was so helpful for our family with our twin 10yr olds, 2 yr old, and I was 7month preggo!! Being right next to the skyliner was a game changer! 🌸🏝️🐠

I adore how genuine and honest your videos are! We had a nightmare travel day back in January 2033 when TSA grounded flights! Got our 6 and 2 year olds up at 3 am for an early morning flight at Manchester-Boston Regional airport only to have delays upon delays! Two layovers later, we finally landed at MCO at 1 am, and made it to the Poly at 3:30 am - I couldn’t believe we made it after zero sleep for the adults and tiny cat naps for the kids. I remember feeling total and complete joy walking through the Polynesian grounds even in the dark! 🌴🌺🌴🌺🌴

🌻SO glad you found your camera, I was on the edge of my seat for you! Been there! Our most memorable travel day included us planning to jump in the pool at the resort while waiting on our room. By the time I got my littles into their swim suits, it started lightening & they closed the pools. We pivoted and grabbed food, but then it started raining. We were eating outside and thought we'd survive under an umbrella...but then it was raining sideways and we all played chicken trying not to be the first one to cave and head for cover. We all ended up soaking wet (imagine soaked hotdog buns). We all started running & abandoned most of our food. CHAOS. It makes me laugh now because we all screamed like tiny humans... but at the time, I had to work hard to not feel super bummed. Those are the memories that last forever though. Our boys still smile when we talk about it.

I certainly know how that goes. I went in April and same thing happened to us. We landed early but the airline had us sitting there for 15-20 minutes too. Then on top of it , the resort we stayed at gave us soiled towels, and I got food poisoning from magic kingdom towards the end of our trip. But I was still looking at the positive like you said. Disney has always been my happy place .

I put my ice coffee in the ice bucket and put ice in with it and put the whole thing in the “beverage cooler” I felt since it’s just black coffee it’s fine.

🌴🥥☀️ We only stayed at Caribbean Beach once. Every night when we came in from the parks there would be slugs inside our room 🤢 (This was 2015). I just haven’t been able to move past that and try them again. I love how you find the positives!

🌺🌴I had one of those days myself. I was staying in Pop Century. It was my first ever traveling alone. The first day there I couldn’t get back into my room, the main desk couldn’t believe me. So a manager came out sure enough the door wouldn’t open to my magic band nor a key card. I decided to put my license and bank card in the safe 🌺 so I wouldn’t lose them. Night before departure empty safe. Now that was a fun TSA experience 🌴🌺 but in the end I was pretty proud of myself for getting through all of it calm and happy 🌺🧚🌴

My girl’s terrified of the splash pads too! I thought she’d love them, day 1 of our trip, started at grand flo (which to be fair does have an aggressive bucket dump haha) and that was splash pads ruled out for the month long trip. Tried at every resort but was a hard no from her. Keeping fingers crossed she might give them another go on our September trip.

Personally we put an ice bucket filled with ice water in the cooler with any small items that need to stay below. We had a laser thermometer and it temped correctly. Just had to make sure to replace ice in the morning and evening.

🏝️ Are you TSA pre-check? Get it if you’re not! It’s such a life saver going to and from MCO, especially. Especially out of MCO but even at BNA I’m thankful for it! Your kids can go through the pre-check line with you too. Hubby would need his own.

This is our travel day heading home from Disney last week. One small thing after another. One sick child. 2 extra hours on the tarmac in the plane. Sooo crazy! Just had to let it go! But in the moment it was super stressful

So we just went the first part of May and on day 3/8 days my littles got a high fever and we were stuck in room for 4 days with 102-103 fever. So no matter how much you plan never can predict little stuff going wrong. Got home too kids to dr and just virus they picked up but nothing major just makes we plan another trip to replace the crazy one we just had! We so looking forward to animal kingdom lodge but guess we will get to explore old key west since that is what they had available when I could get away again. Hope the rest of your trip went better than travel day. Was there 5/3-5/10 and was thinking we would finally get to see you guys but then we were stuck at resort. 🏝️

I recommend trying the liquid IV for kids with your girls because my son is about your daughters age and he loves them and they come in great flavors and also come from Walmart. But great video always
