'Tempura sakana to furaido potato', is broadly speaking fish and chips, yes. But no-one would mistake it. The details are everything. Nope it was never completed and was unfeasible as far as a practical tank goes. 2 prototypes were built for testing purposes, both were in a damaged condition by the end of the war.

It was both. A bloated project of a madman, but V2 was fully functional, if a prototype. There are unsubstantiated reports that it saw brief combat in the defense of Kummersdorf testing grounds before being obliterated like an airstrike. The surviving Maus is a mating of the V2 turret, which survived the airstrike, and the V1 hull, which was undamaged.
