vertigo is a pretty easy thing to self-diagnose so it's 100% okay that you read up on it & feel like thats what you have! it's usually a symptom of something else happening, there's many triggers for it like for example, i get vertigo when i feel a migraine coming. also whenever im sick & having sinus issues. since you mentioned the fluid build up in your ear, thats actually the main reason vertigo happens too. inner ear problems can affect your sense of balance & cause that motion sickness feeling, like everything around you is spinning.

I'm such a homebody type of person as well, I totally relate! I've never been into partying and I never went to parties in high school either (besides like a few bday parties for friends I had at the time). I get you as well on only really going out w friends or family. I don't find it fun to go out by myself either, especially with anxiety/social anxiety, and it's just boring to me going out alone.

Virtigo is the absolute worst feeling girl 😔 look up excersises for vertigo! There are maneuvers that help with the inner ear balance ❤ that, in combination with medicine and sleeping at an angle (like elevated, not flat) will hopefully help with some vertigo relief 💖

Hi Marisa! I can’t believe I also get the same feelings of dizziness like you (more so feeling unbalanced and like I’m going to fall down). I mostly feel that way when I’m experiencing long term stress. Try to get yourself to relax as much as possible, that’s what I’m doing and need to continue doing or else it just comes back 😮‍💨.
