Bring a fresh perspective, inspire, cause reflection, ... Watch The Unconquered for inspiration. Or watch Sabaton 40:1 to see how the heritage of the nations can be used to raise people's spirits. Do not look at the camera to show you are checking the impression or whatever the reason. Either look with a purpose or avoid eye contact. It takes the drama away. Turns it into a performance. Moreover, do not cut your lovely soprano. It produces in me the impression that you lacked the air. Work on its duration, let it last its due. It is so pearl-like, so lovely. She's actually closer to the original version and I find it more enjoyable (as a french person) the lyrics are really very powerful and to feel them is more important than to try to make a sensationnal song like dimash, in my opinion (even thought dimash has an amazing voice ofc)

@@chaveraoh I have only just read your comment and I'm sorry I didn't see it before. My soprano highs are set and interrupted appisely for this performance which by choice I studied in this way. I wanted to make sense of the content of the song and its words. The breath is therefore specially broken and the notes too. Often the choice that an artist makes when sing a song is misunderstood and someone can think that there are errors in vocal technique but I assure you that it is not so. As for the look at the camera ... it's quite difficult to follow everyone's advice, I'm just very natural and during the performance I move freely without calculating anything. There are those who wrote to me that I should have looked at the camera, those who instead wrote me that I should not have looked at the camera ... in short, they are divergent personal opinions that absolutely do not affect my choices. I always try to feel at ease and I believe that this is the right way to follow, the pre-packaged performance does not belong to me, simplicity and naturalness always win over everything! 🎵🌺

Je n'ai jamais entendu une version féminine de cette chanson aussi parfaite. Giulia est ma favorite de The Voice 2023, elle n'a encore rien montré de ses capacités, ses aïgus sont incroyables, on est dans le divin. Faut dire une chose, votre voix, votre chant, est un des rares qui me fait monter les larmes aussi facilement quand j'écoute certaines des chansons que vous interprétez, dont celle-ci. Les 2 fois où tu atteint les notes les plus hautes est un moment suspendu. Incroyable, superbement dosé. Il n en fallait pas plus. Je reste aussi suspendu, comme si quelque chose d impossible venait d etre atteint. Je réécoute encore et encore non je n ai pas rêvé. 🥰 Tout le reste est superbe et parfait et ces notes incroyables amènent définitivement ce morceau dans une autre dimension. Bravo. C est un doux miel dans mes oreilles. Pourquoi ne soupoudre tu pas d autres chansons de telles notes si le morceau s y prête ? C est vraiment du bonheur. Merci Giulia

with all do respect: to those comparing this beautiful cover to Dimash's version, Y'all probably can't even come close to this girls talent so stop bringing up other artists just to bring another down. This isn't a contest its a youtube video showcasing this girls amazing talent so STOP!

Thank you, I believe that as you said, it is not necessary to make too many comparisons. Dimash is an artist who is 15 years older than me, has a different voice and is a man, so it is objectively difficult to make comparisons ... but don't worry, I've learned not to be surprised by anything anymore! Ps: I'm sure of one thing. I speak much better French than he does - it's not a controversy but an observation!!! Giulia Falcone, moi non plus, je n'ai jamais eu les pieds sur terre, mais par ta voix, je me sent bien là pourtant, mon cœur de pierre redevient liquide, et je remonte 25 ans en arrière, dans mon enfance, où j'osais chanter pour les autres, je n'ai plus depuis, trouver la force de chanter en publique, je me suis renfermé comme une pierre alors que je veux être un oiseau moi aussi. Ta voix est une étoile qui guide, qui prend la main de mon enfant intérieur dans l'obscurité, pour l'aider à se guérir de ses peurs, il y a très peu de personne dans mon existence qui sont capables de provoquer cela en moi, il y a ma femme, puis il y a ta voix, que je viens de découvrir hier soir.
