Well I personally believe that the song is about a boy, mainly because of the use of the word sin. Many people see same-sex relationships as a “sin”. I would love if this song is about Felix, it would make sense, but I’ll stay open to all ideas! Everyone should remember that until Changbin specifically says who the song is about, we should stay open-minded! ^^ I really loved the video! Changlix makes me so happy :(

I really like your theory and it makes sense too....it was like Felix fell first and also knew Changbin is totally in love with him but also knew he had lot of insecurities.....so Lix made sure he gave Binnie all the time he needed.,Lix believed Binnie will eventually come by and as expected he came into acceptance.... Honestly, although I'm totally in love with the minsung, sometimes I have the impression that the changlix is more realistic. Let me explain If I was an idol in a group and I knew that I was shipped with others members but one of this member was my crush, I would try to hide it yk. And the fact that there isn't a lot of videos or picture comparing with the minsung is a clue. Like it can be a huge drama if they are dating each other. I don't say that the minsung or the changlix is real, I just say that the changlix is, for me, more realistic because they are more discreet (or less loud) Ps: sorry for my English, I'm french ^^'

I ship both of the ships, but i disagree with minsung being unrealistic, Minho and jisung are more extroverted and has the doesn't care type of personality. In the first two kids room talk, it seems genuinely that Minho was asking about what jisung's feelings towards him really are and the clip that was cut was sus, might have been that jisung kissed him because their faces were so close. Their body language don't lie.

I agree with your theory. I've always gotten the impression of Changlix that they've been really open and honest about their feelings towards each other. I think Felix fell first and they talked and Changbin was like I can't but we can be friends and I'll be your hyung. They've admitted they do the whole long talk for hours and then cuddling thing. Then Changbin fell hard and he had to come to terms with those feelings With Minsung it's kinda the same but different. Han fell first but Minho fell harder but with them I feel like they never talk about their feelings with each other. They even said they just talk about random stuff and never about anything deep. I feel like Han has tried many times and then Minho deflects so they're kinda stuck not knowing how the other feels. I think it just kinda freaks them both out so they avoid it. Anyway, just my theory

In South Korea its still not very accepted and its quite a religious country. Most of the Stray Kids members are Christian/Catholic (which is totally fine!!), Felix included, so I think its a narrative reflecting those outside influences. We of course know Stray Kids are hella supportive of us LGBTQ+ and are open about that, so I dont believe Changbin actually sees it as a sin, but its hard to not feel like it is in those environments/growing up where its seen as a sin. Plus thats a huge factor in why a lot of Idols etc dont come out officially, just odd comments or actions etc like Min Yoongi. Theres a huge risk of them being shamed and having their careers ended :(

With all seriousness... The first thing I thought when I heard 'sorry I love you' was that it is a song about someone that is attracted to a friend of the same sex... And I don't know why.. Maybe because I myself am Bi and was just projecting but... Something about the deep regretfullness of the song... Just struck with me in that way... This normally so beautiful feeling of love while also being so deeply afraid of it... Yeah that could of course be because you just don't wanna loos a friend no matter of they are some of opposite gender but... No matter how often I tell myself that.. Yes they do as Changbin doesn’t want to ruin their friendship that’s what is stopping him and Felix from being together. If they confessed their feelings for each other and then it didn’t work out they will both be heartbroken. And being in the same group would make it very awkward for them especially if they had a really bad break up .

Lmao. He knows what's up!! Also, what other friends is Binnie hanging around with to fall in love with!! I wish we lived in a time where loving whoever you want isn't considered a "sin"...... I honestly kind of have the same vibe from "volcano"...... I LOVE MY BAYBEES!! NO MATTER WHAT no one ever told me personally what their sexuality is so I won't assume. All I know is how close all of them need to be with one another, their love and friendship is HUGE part of what makes them unique.....JYP even said so when he chose to debut 9 members. ♡♡♡♡♡♡
