Guys, please don't do icing on regular basis... Before any event when you haven't much time to prep your skin,, only that time you can go for it but that should also be occassional ( try not to apply ice cubes directly, take 5 to 6 cubes, wrap with handcarchief then apply) Regular icing face leads to skin irritation and also skin drastically got too sensitive to any normal product and damages skin barrier ( damaging skin barrier means your skin is 90% dead 🙂) Instead you can apply honey as a acne spot treatment (take honey in your fingertip and apply on the spot) Don't burn your pocket for these so called skincare tools.. Hope this helps.

If you facing problem holding the ice, instead of buying a ice roller, simply- In a small glass/any glass, pour filtered water till half fulled. Then put that glass in freezer till the ice is completely freezed. Then remove the ice from glass. After that hold that ice will the help of towel and rub it on your face. This is a very free and simple way.

Icing really helps! Thanks alot for your Video. I had been trying this since 2 weeks and can see the results. I had Acne marks and pimples for years like when i was 12 from that time till now (i'm 18) tried every face wash and face masks but nothing worked for me until i started using Ice. It's Worth using. I would suggest you'll to start doing it every night before sleeping.

I have this & i love it ! I put some milk in it & the natural lactic acid from milk makes my skin glow. I use it everyday or when i can remember to. It hurts a little bit, ppl underestimate how cold ice feels in the morning, but it's so good for my sensitive skin. I highly recommend it.
