Well I hope that LaLa replied to this lady privately. Seems like she could be supportive. I hope its not offensive to you, but I am going to give my opinion. Only meaning to give a perspective. Not trying to be an authority on any of it. But my guess is that the people doubting u have known u a while. They have been around u drinking. Because u want to quit, I am thinking that u have probably shown some drama & b.s. Probably more than "some". But that's ok. People aren't trying to bring u down. They just think.they have to share what they are thinking. Not helpful. Just block them out. U aren't doing it for them. Only for u. U will always have doubters in life. Just do u. If u slip up, try again. They say the more times u try, the more likely u r to quit. Just maybe don't tell anybody until u feel a bit more confident about quitting. I have confidence in you. U can do it. And yes, I remember the cast rolling their eyes and laughing at La when she decided ahe was quitting. I wish u luck & much happiness. Take care of yourself. P.S. U have a lot better chance if u go to meetings. You need support. And to hear others talk about their experience is so helpful.

That’s not how the world actually works. 2 things can absolutely be true at the same time. You can love and care for the “cheated on” and be at a point where you’re ready to let the shit go with the cheater. And you don’t have to put a life long grudge in place you can let someone know how gross their behavior was take a break and then ease back into it I’m not here to be judge or jury on anyone especially if the said act wasn’t done to me directly. Ppl mess up that’s life.

And La hasn’t tried to “redeem” or befriend him in any way. She simply doesn’t want to be weighed down by hate and negativity that she is carrying for * other people * anymore. People are allowed to do what is best for their own mental and emotional wellbeing. It’s incredibly weird & selfish to hold your friends emotionally hostage, and want them to hate someone as much as you do, when no one else was in a relationship with them for a decade. It’s been 7 months at this point in the show; everyone is exhausted & drained by having to carry all this hate & animosity for Ari, and she’s putting her feelings FAR above everyone else’s, when she could simply allow them to let go of it and allow everyone to move on, as she should be trying to do as well, albeit on her own pace (as EVERYONE has allowed her to, without exception). La is literally the ONLY one aside from Katie NOT trying to actually be his friend, she simply doesn’t want to have the conflict and animosity between them every single time she has to be in the same space as him. She’s allowed to want peace for herself as she gets ready to welcome a new child into her growing family. Y’all would be wanting the exact same things for yourselves if you were her, and you know it. You people are being the ultimate hypocrites with these comments, it’s embarrassing for all of you.😳😵‍💫
